Semi-Custom Process

Purchase one of our properties that are currently under renovation. Write a contract soon enough and choose from a list of finishes, paint colors, and materials throughout the house.
Contract

We require a $20K non-refundable deposite for anyone writing an offer for a semi-custom home of ours that is under renovation.

After working with us in any of the above capacities, enjoy an immaculately and thoughtfully rehabilitated property that suits your needs perfectly!
